Most acoustic guitar cracks can be sealed with good adhesive or glue. However, the timing for the repair is critical because the separation often expands when neglected. Also, if dirt and oils accumulate in the seam, the glue will be less effective. Before you apply the glue, open up the crack a little bit.
Most of the cracks on any kind of Acoustic Guitar can be rectified with a good quality glue or an adhesive such as Titebond Original Wooden Glue. However, you should be very careful with the timing of the repair since it is very critical as the distance of the crack will tend to become even bigger if it is neglected.
Apply the glue or adhesive. If the crack is not very severe, then you can usually apply a specialist adhesive to repair it. Wait for the glue to dry properly before doing anything else. Remove the excess glue. You can use a light grade of sandpaper to do this, but make sure you only use a very mild grade.
On curved surfaces that are difficult to cleat, glue-impregnated cloth such as muslin or silk may be used to reinforce the inside of a repaired crack. FINISH TOUCH-UP Once the crack is glued and cleated the next step is to finish the touch-up. Generally, this will be the most expensive part of the repair because it is very time-intensive.
The rod needs to be bent so you can apply the leverage against the back. Once placed and bent to fit, rock the rod back and forth while rubbing the glue into the crack. Be careful not to apply too much force, or you could end up with a corresponding crack in the back. Also, compressed air will blow the glue deep into the crack.
When the headstock or neck of the guitar starts to crack or break completely, the only option is a professional repair. However, it works best long grain with long grain ( 2 boards side by side) end grain to end grain (2 pieces of wood end to end), not so great, wood glue has no void filling ability, therefore the pieces of wood must match near as perfect as possible and the use of clamps is mandatory ( of course screws might replace clamps).

Here's my glue pot and tools:. The small jar holds the fresh-mixed hide glue. (Keep the lid on so it the glue doesn't evaporate and become too thick.)
